Klusums Barrel Aged is a 12% Imperial Stout that undergoes a quiet 12 month transformation inside bourbon barrels. The extended maturation in oak softens its robust roasted malt backbone, unfolding a decadently smooth profile rich in caramel, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and natural vanilla bean. Full-bodied and velvety on the tongue. Best served at 12–14°C to allow its complex aromas to fully blossom as it warms.
