Description

Gooseberry gose is brewed using the "kettle sour" technique. Gooseberries grown in the Jaunlutriņi parish of the Saldus municipality, Z/S "Mucenieki", are used in the creation of the drink, which gives the beer a slightly sweet and sour taste, complemented by Himalayan salt and coriander.
