Barrel aged - Gooseberry gose 5%

This gooseberry gose has been aged for 7 months in red and white oak barrels from Chitry, Burgundy region of France. Gooseberries are grown in Latvia, which gives the beer a slightly sweet and sour taste, complemented by Himalayan salt and coriander.

INGREDIENTS: water, wheat, barley malt, oatmeal, gooseberry juice, coriander, hops, salt, yeast.
