Description
Mango sour, also known as mango sour ale, is brewed using mango puree and fermented three times. In the first stage, the beer is acidified, in the second stage, yeast is added, and in the third stage of fermentation, sweet mango puree is added, which gives the beer a balanced, juicy, ripe mango taste.
