December 20 | Arvijs Sprude's challenge

Ultramarathoner Arvis Sprūde will embark on a 24-hour exercise bike challenge as part of the “Be an Example” project to raise funds to purchase sports equipment for the “Bitīte” kindergarten. Each kilometer traveled symbolizes hope and the opportunity for children to experience an active childhood.

December 21 | Christmas event and market “Christmas Danube”

The Kaļķu Street quarter will be transformed into a real Christmas miracle, where the festive spirit will be felt at every step!
Event program:
🎶 Holiday concerts: Gaisma Women's Choir Kuldīga , Ilutas Alsberga's pop group Kabatiņas .
🎭 Kekati performances with VPDK Bandava.
🎅 Welcoming Santa Claus.
🐰 A flock of fluffy rabbits from the farm “Zemturi.”
🐎 Horse-drawn carriage rides with the Association “Eguss.”
🎨 Creative workshops:
• For children – Fluency in the paint factory
• Led by artist Annemarija Gulbe – a creative studio on the theme “Thirst.”
📸 Photo corner: a specially designed photo corner for the Santa Bartman celebration.
🎁 Christmas market:
More than 30 local merchants offering authentic products:
• Home-made smoked products: AB Family Goodies
